The following information is provided to assist escrow companies with home sales transactions

  • Dues are paid annually and due on March 1st of each year
  • The 2008 dues assessment is $375 per lot and covers the 2008 calendar year
  • Homeowners are directly responsible for all utilities and insurance associated with their lots
  • The Redford Ranch Homeowners Association does not charge transfer fees for change of ownership
  • Contact us at our email address or fax number for status of dues payments for a specific lot
